My inspiration for this design came from the Boston Type and Stereotype Foundation catalog of 1832, and I wanted to incorporate the look and feel of plate printing into the logotype. The ornamental style and typography nod to classical styles, while the copy lends a modern appeal.")

I opted to keep the typeface a modern serif font, which lends a classic, upscale appeal, with plenty of white space to allow the type room to breathe. I opted to bold key messaging so that the reader can quickly ascertain the subject matter. Photos are arranged in a grid form at an angle to add visual interest. The result is a collection of books that feel cohesive while retaining their own individuality.")

I worked with SolarSwitch to create branded digital and print collateral. Using the logo as a cue, I developed a design using angles from the logo, and left the reverse side very simple. As an added detail, we opted for luxe moo cards to incorporate a flash of yellow along the seam of the cards to further carry the branding throughout this particular design.")

The Blowerband is a satin-silicone band that transforms a standard leaf blower into a safe and efficient vehicle drying device. I wanted to design a logo, brand and packaging that reflected the brand's creativity and personality. I sought to incorporate both the abstract shape of a leaf blower as well as the two b's in the name. For the packaging design, I pressed to keep the layout and copy as minimalistic as possible to let the core messaging and pared down design speak for the product. The end result was a contemporary, dynamic brand design that still maintained a polished and refined overall look.")
