"Vista Print said that I had 4 days left to make changes to my project. This designer demanded that I pay more. She didn't come up with the design, I showed her something similar from somewhere else. "

"I apologize for any confusion, but I believe there has been a misunderstanding regarding the package conditions. The 4-day period after project completion is for the release of payment (manually or automatically by the system), not for requesting additional changes.
The project took more than 10 days, I provided 4 original design concepts. For the selected version, I completed over 10 revisions as requested. You confirmed the final version, after which I delivered the final files.
Once final files for an approved version are delivered, any further changes constitute a new version of the logo and require an additional quote."
