Cheeky Monkey

World Odyssey

We're a group of fun-loving sailors who are going to sail around the world on a 44-foot boat. We're not a serious bunch (if we were, we'd probably have a job). We're going for Cheeky Monkey - World Odyssey and the graphic itself needs to have clean, modern lines (so it can be reproduced and laminated on the side of the boat, on the sails, etc.) but achieve the fun, cheeky look that we're going for.

The attached graphic of the black-and-white monkey head (Monkey head.jpg) has the lines and shape we want, but the facial expression could be a little cheekier, like with a wink or a cheekier smile.

Black and White (with maybe a shot of red, if helpful).
Gold color.

We don't want anything with shading - we want bold, clean lines.

We'd love to see designs where the monkey is doing something. Consider adding:
Monkey holding a boat steering wheel
Monkey surfing/with a surfboard
Monkey standing upside down
Monkey hanging from a tree/rope/vine
Monkey doing 'hang ten' with his hands.

The monkey could be looking forward, or looking off to the side.
