Design a powerful brand guide from our current logo

BEEC

**** NOTE: Our logo (which we are not looking to change) is the attachment of the stamp with a tree and a scale. We need a brand kit that extends beyond this logo.

Hello there 99Designers!

Our company, the BEEC (also known as BEECon as in a beacon of light) is a global network of businesses that stand for high ethics. Competing with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) that puts red flags out on companies not to do business with, the BEEC has its own stamp that serves as a signal of the right companies to do business with. Ones that prove greater ethics = greater growth.

We have an existing logo and need two things:

1) A brand guide with font, colors, imagery and graphics. The colors of our brand are black, white, gold and/or silver. We work B2B with high-end companies and well-known names in business so we need our brand vibe to be sleek, luxurious, minimal and elegant.

2) We also need a mock-up of a landing page layout with the above details. Please provide a web page concept in your designs - we are happy to move forward with the winner of the contest on an additional scope for the website.

I have also attached screenshots of imagery that we had in mind for the style of the brand (black, white, some ancient architecture and statues that resemble timelessness).

The logo is the above "seal" with trees and scale. Since we already have a logo and you are not designing one from scratch, we need a grand guide with graphic patterns from the logo + a mock up of a web page design.
