Carolina Review is a libertarian-conservative fusionist (think Hayek) student political journal at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. We're an officially recognized student organization, which means that we are allowed to use the Old Well logo as long as it's not significantly modified.
Primary audience is the UNC-Chapel Hill student body. We go to print about 8 times a year and distribute most of these print issues around campus. Secondary audience is the local community.
We need a replacement for the website for our print publication (currently http://unc.edu/cr). Once a month, we post articles from our print edition online. Our current website is sloppy; please don't refer to it for design inspiration.
We need to integrate our Facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/#), Twitter account (http://twitter.com/#) and blog (crdaily.com). We also need a Donate page with a PayPal button and a form for subscribing to the print edition (we'll provide the form - we just need room for the Donate page included in the design on the menu).
The new URL will be carolinareview.org.
The homepage should include space for all of our most recent articles. We also need links to our mission statement, staff bios, and, most importantly, an archive of the PDF editions of our magazine.
The archive should look great and should be organized in a more beautiful and creative way than our current archives (http://www.ibiblio.org/cr/archives/).
