there are 3 different professionals that have teamed up. A chiropractor, dietitian, and owner and operator of a local boot camp. We are teaming up to help people take charge of their health and learn how to lose weight, work out and life a pain free lifestyle. We are calling this a miracle year of wellness. Our goal is to reach the population that has 20+ lbs. to lose and are struggling knowing what to eat, how to workout, and dealing with all of the pain and other health problems that go a long with being over weight. we are trying to make our community a healthier place. Our program requires you to join the 3 phases, all directed by the professionals, then we team up to design the correct coarse of action for each individual. We are hoping to continue to grow this project so that it becomes not only a locally know program, but with the potential to grow outside of just our market area. We want our site to be great looking but simple and too the point. We are also looking for a "brand". the companies are Spring Ridge Chiropractic & Acupuncture, Certified Nutrition of Omaha, and Omaha Fit Body boot Camp.

Our target audience is anyone that is overweight, looking to become healthier, and looking for guidance. We are looking for people that are willing to commit to a program that will help to change their lives. We are looking for people that might be confused on what "diet" to eat, afraid to go to the gym to work out, and people that are struggling with pain from being overweight. We are looking for people that really want change in their life style.
Our aim is to get people to understand that there are people that are willing to help them become healthier, happier, if they are willing to stop making excuses and are willing to commit to a program that will show them the change they are looking for. No gimmicks, no sales, just guidance and hard work.
We would like you to be creative, make a "brand" for the program, but make it simple and to the point.
"No More Excuses" it is time to take control of your health!. Something to that affect is what we have been kicking around.
