We are looking for someone to design a professional, fresh and attractive design.

I need a coloured bar to run across the page. The idea is that I can then re-use this design for my computer network support company, but with a different colour scheme.

We want the following:

- Home Page Layout Design
- Sub Page Layout Design (ie Landlines)

General Requirements:

- Design size should be optimal for 1024 x 768 viewing. The width of the viewable area should be between 900 - 980 pixels.

- Use of attractive headers or images (we will have rotating images when we design the website)

To get an idea of some functionality (maybe it may help in the design layout process):

Home page:
- Image Rotation Box or graphical header
- Main product Offerings highlighted. (Landlines, VOIP, Telephone Systems, SMS and Fax to Email) We need to highlight that we offer a price grantee - we can beat any other telecoms company on price.
- Premium Customer service needs to be promoted

Sub Page Design:
- Sub Menu
- Header
- Product View and/or text & images
