We need a web 2.0 web site template that matches our logo that we already have. This is a new start up company and we would like something simple and easy to navigate. Download scanned images of a sketch of the home page layout and a jpg of the logo design and design a site around them. No Coding needed. Read Brief for more information. Thanks!
The sketch is very rough but it will give you a jest for what we are looking for. I will try to describe it as well. At the top we would like a "tab" type navigational system. Simple but including My Account, Find Service Provider, Create Project, (Any Other that you want to add). Top right corner we would like a "logged on" display or a "log in" display. Top left will be the logo but that is flexible. On top of page we would like Search Now with the option to search for Providers or Open Jobs and also a select tab (which will contain fields) and a zip box.
Under that, on the main portion of the page, add a Feed box which will be a news feed type box and a Get Started Box with LARGE buttons to "Sign In" or "Register".
Please separate each section so that the page is simple, sleek, and web 2.0.
At the bottom you can design simple Nav bar with an artificial trademark if you want.
This is all flexible and please use your artistic point of view. You can even change the entire layout if you feel that you have a better design. We just posted the sketch to give you a feel for what we are looking for.
Be creative and ask questions. I will give feedback quickly and frequently. As long as we get a decent design, we are going to pick a winner. We have been very happy with this service and I assume that we will find a good design again so you all can expect a winner soon after the contest ends. Thank you all for your entries.
Payment via Check, Credit Card, Western Union, or preferably Paypal.
1. Web 2.0 (use our logo as inspiration for colors and feel)
2. Easy to read and understand if a new user came to the site.
3. Bright and Shiny Buttons
6. Cool... Come on, you are the artist so do what you do best.
People from all venues will use this site, so...
1. No Stereotyping
2. No Handyman Pictures
3. Nothing too "kiddish"
4. Not too much information (needs to be simple)
