Revamp an ugly cocktail site with lots of visitors

Redesign a cocktail site that already gets 250k visitors a month. Goals are to maintain the current SEO traffic, drive up adoption of the interactive features (specifically creating & saving your own bar on the site and getting more comments on the cocktails) and drive people to connect via facebook + give me their email address. If driving the Facebook connect and adoption of the interactive features goes well the next steps will be to make the site more interactive socially around the cocktails and to try and increase traffic to the site from Facebook and so hopefully there will be ongoing work from this project for whoever I work with.

2. Create your bar by listing your ingredients
3. Browse the cocktails you can make
I would also like to keep links to the main site sections currently linked but as a secondary list.
