Redesign Web 2.0 video sharing website

Looking to remaking my website. I want it to look professional and inviting. Ideal candidate must know how to use colors and space on the web page in exciting ways. The finished product must have a web 2.0 look and feel, must have flash or ajax. No logo needed.

This contest is for you to come up with a design of
the home (index) page. The design of the
entire website will be based on this. I
may need you to do other pages as well (at a later date). The design you create will be a variation of
our own ideas for you to work with, improve and remake as you wish. Please click here to download the zip file (you may need to give it .zip extension) and view our mock up. We like the gradated brown look, but if you
have specific colors in mind like a sky blue, silver or cream colored background we would be
willing to look it over.

Website should look more in the line of Hulu.com or Veoh.Com in terms of style, navigation, functionality, use of space on the page, etc. Note: the use of flash, of color and web 2.0 feel. Please do not copy the site as it is not
exactly what we want (download our mock up). This is
truly an opportunity to get creative, show your skills using color and design. May require a little coding.
