Fresh look needed for website redesign for growing Consulting Firm

We have grown as a company and started to work with new government agencies. We need to update our website look and feel to reflect the various industries that we are currently supporting. Our business is Management consulting primarily supporting government agencies which include TSA, CMS, HHS, CDC.

We like block layout for the design, but possibly without all of the rough edges for each of the sections. We have a powerpoint file that shows user personas, content areas, wireframes for the 5 pages, as well as the 5 websites that we like for ideas.

We are looking for lighter colors, and want a theme the looks fresh and inviting. This site must be 508 compliant as well longterm when it is coded
