Established Review Website Needs Cool Redesign

I need someone to create a new design for my review website. The website should be cool, crisp, with a neat web 2.0 feel.

My Website allows users to search (3) primary categories: 1.) Local Business Reviews 2.) Website Reviews 3.) People Reviews

You have the ability to design the website however you see fit!  Just keep in mind that you must incorporate the following into the website:

- Search box that allows for searching all 3 categories. 

- Our Logo

- Navigation bar

- Statistics bar

- 8 Most Recent Reviews

- US MAP (If this is a problem, dont worry about it)
