Requisitos
The sites primary focus is to funnel viewers into the sites contact us form (see attached image .form) I would like for this form to be on the page and be the main focus. I would like the colors of the site to be similar to this old banner ( image banner) I really like the look of the banner however I want something different but also something that looks similar with logo and use of the american flag. This is a landing page for the site however, the page needs to be able to be used throughout the website with or without the form and still look good. Some website designs i like are:
