Better Living Through Better Communities: We improve people's lives by improving the communities they live, work and play in. Our approach to community development is focused on commercial properties, multi-family housing, special use facilities and real estate opportunities that target “main street” U.S.A.
Our target market is: 1. commercial property owners and companies seeking commercial property development , 2. Multi family housing developers, 3. small town USA cities, 4. private equity investors in real estate development (including assisted living/ memory care facilities, special use properties, etc.)
¿Qué idea tienes, qué estilo te gusta para tu web page?
Simple, big images. We want to highlight our current projects. The solutions we are creating. We want to get across we are about community. about improving lives by improving the buildings we live, work and play in. Our logo is a great place to take inspiration from. The flow of the river (the Rappahannock river is an old well traveled smaller river - was the mainstay for commerce and traffic 150 years ago.)

Our Value - what we do, how we do it. From project development, property due diligence, to design, to funding, to construction and evn operating the facilities we build.

Our target audience is people looking to partner with a team to either improve a small town community by revitalizing an area, or a property in poor condition; to people looking for new ways to bring current or new facilities into new use and new possibilities. We are developing the ideas, the new thinking and approach to age old problem of making were we live, work and play better suited to today's lifestyles. So we are targeting other developers in trouble, to private equity firms wanting to invest, to small cities, to property owners (commercial, multi family, etc.)
