BER Homepage Website Design

My client needs a design for a building energy rating website. The website will need to have a professional look and feel. It also needs to have an eco design theme. An emphasis needs to be put on getting people to call for a quotation. We will need the design for a homepage, and 2 other pages.

My client will pay €610 for this design. The contest will be won by the person with the best homepage design. On completion of the contest there will be an opportunity for that designer to code the page if they so wanted. If not, then that is ok.

- My client would prefer photos more than a cartoony based website.
- My client has alerted me to one website that she likes - http://www.onetreehill.net.au on this website she likes the colours, text, and the layout. She also likes the timber background effect.
- The colour schemes she likes are White, Brown, Cream, Orange, Green.
- An emphasis should be placed on contacting her business. Clear callto actions are needed

- Competitors - none of these website are very good. They are either too cluttered or poorly designed.
