In my mid-20's, I live and work in New York and have to wear a suit and tie every day. I'm thin so I have major problems finding dress shirts that fit. In the past few years, I have had shirts custom made during my travels abroad.
My friends often remark they want tailor made shirts like me, but can't travel to the far corners of Asia. The goal is to create a website that allows young men to order custom fitted dress shirts.
Young urban professional men 18-35 that are slim and having trouble finding shirts that fit. Our market ranges from professionals in their early 30's to college students going for interviews. Our target market isn't looking to make a fashion statement, they just need something that fits so they can go to work. Most work environments require either a nice dress shirt with dress slacks or a suit and tie.
While dress shirts are needed for work, most young guys also want to wear the same shirt on Friday night with a pair of jeans. It is very difficult for this segment to find something that fits for the right price.
We LOVE your creativity. All requirements listed here are given as suggestions. If you have better ideas, we certainly want to see it.
