We are a well established real estate company in Ottawa Canada. We work primarily in the downtown area in a neighbourhood called the Glebe. The Glebe is old homes that sell in the $500,000-$1M range. We are the best, most experienced (21 years in the neighbourhood), and deliver quality everytime. We help our clients throughout the process and are very attentive to every clients demand. Expertise, Trust, and Results are what our clients can expect. Our team consists of two listing agents, two buyers agents, and a licensed administrator. Our biggest asset is the Hooper name. Jeff Hooper (lead agent) has a very established presence in the area and is easily one of the most respected realtors in the city. We are looking to re-brand the team throughout the area with HooperHomeTeam.com. Of course our logo must be professional, lead generating, and appealing. We know the neighbourhood very well, and because three team members are Hoopers we are well known around the area. The Hoopers have lived in the Glebe for 21 years and reside there to date.
We are also developing a condo focused website that will profile all condos downtown Ottawa, we want to be the condo experts as well.

Our target audience is every house owner in the Glebe and surrounding downtown neighbourhoods. The houses are in the $500,000+ range. We deal with a lot of families, young families, young professionals, and retired couples. Both sellers in the area and buyers who wish to move to our area are the primary target audience.
We are also currently developing a condo focus for the downtown area. This will involve a condo website that will be headed up by our professionals and dealing largely with young professionals and retired couples.
The design must be fresh, professional, appealing, and welcoming.We must represent results, trust, and experience. We are within the Keller Williams Ottawa Realty Brokerage. (http://www.kwottawa.ca) The logo found at this website is on all our signs and marketing pieces because that is a requirement. So it must be considered that the two logos will be on the same page together and will need to flow in some way or another.......I will leave that part to you!
