The Slogan is not a necessity in the logo, however if it can be integrated while still looking good - this is an advantage.

Hi All, thank you for your time in proposing your designs for the Qualifying Round. We have a couple issues with the general theme of designs we have currently received. Firstly, we are seeing far too much emphasis on money being involved in the logo. We strongly feel this is a negative image to be portraying to our customers, and would like to start seeing designs away from this theme. Secondly, we like to clarify the format of our name - "Pay As You Go Carpets" - if broken down into two sections it should be as such: "Pay As You Go" "Carpets" - not "Pay As You" "Go Carpets".
We also feel the designs are too much on the formal and minimal side. We would like to invite more flamboyant and youthful designs, with our target market being 18-40 Year Old Females in the UK.

Hi all, thanks again for the submissions! We have reviewed the latest batch, and we are still some way from what we feel will be our final logo. We would certainly like to see the possible creation of a character or mascot to coincide with the design - something that is possibly cartoon-style, but must be aimed at our Female/18-40 demographic. We also feel the designs are still too 'corporate' or 'professional' and don't feel they meet the level of investment we have put forward for this contest. We would also like to see designs which are bold, and provide a fun feeling when seen - however also have a long-lasting remembrance in our target markets minds.
