1. I am looking for a billboard to capture the attention of drivers. Remember, you only have 3 seconds to get a message across.

2. This is a regular billboard. NOT DIGITAL

3. I will include some photos for inspiration. Yes, you are free to create your own. We provide MANY services, but for this billboard I would like to focus on the following:
1. Lips

2. The artwork photos are important. Please choose catching graphics and a very readable font. I like the "I love my lips!" Under this, add in smaller print: "Lip filler starting at $399"

4. We would like the following at the top of the billboard:
Along the top: Text LIPS to 77453 for special discounts. This should be bold and across the top. Under this in a much smaller print, add "please do not text and drive." This helps make us socially responsible.

5. I want a nice set of lips, similar to what is pictured in the graphic. No full faces.

6. I do not want our phone number or address on the billboard. Focus on our website... http://www.seriouslyskin.com . People should research us before they call. This should be placed across the bottom of the billboard.

7. Please make sure the images work with the art requirements attached.

I am looking for the "WOW" factor. I want drivers to be drawn to the image and message. I need sex appeal. Something to make drivers look.
