We need the roof of the marquee & rear wall of the marquee to be designed, this is the first things our customers see and needs to tell themwhat we do by giving them a good, organic, healthy and of course oriental feel.
How do we want to be perceived? When most people think of “market food” they think of Fried, precooked, carnival food” We are the polar opposite. We want people to think, Fresh, Organic, Healthy, handmade, Asian delicacies
How do we want the stand to look? We want all finishes tactile and earthy, with traditional Chinese & Asian details mixed with a contemporary aesthetic. We also want the Valance on all four sides to have our business name “North East Kitchen”
What colours do we want to , Woody earthy colours as the background with Reds & oranges for characters and logos.
As our menu is ever changing we don’t want any food pictures in the design. However we are open to it wording along the lines of “hand made Asian specialities” “home made Asian food” we do not want to restrict our self to a particular country i.e Chinese food. Rather the North East Asia, could be China, Taiwan, Japan, Indonesia

The photo of the market stand is our existing setup, as you can see it is very sterile, although it looks clean it does not evoke any emotion nor tell you what we do.
