The Houston Marriott West Loop by The Galleria, will embark on $4 million "reinvention" to its public space, which includes the Lobby, F&B Outlets and Event/Meeting Space. The most remarkable of the hotel’s new amenities is the new, reinvented Marriott Hotels Greatroom, replacing the traditional hotel Lobby and Restaurant/Lounge.
The Greatroom’s centerpiece will be a feature bar which will offer a refreshing cocktail menu. The bar area will be surrounded by the seating area for the restaurant, featuring a wide variety of culinary delights.
The goal of this concept is to meet the needs of todays business travelers - allowing them to become more productive in an environment where they can meet, gather, "chill" and dine in comfort.
Our overall design concept is to highlight the unique, eclectic nature of this wonderful city, while giving a subtle nod to Texas, and the oil and gas industry through finishes, art, textiles and accessories indicative of the surrounding area.
The hotel is seeking a clean and simple, yet captivating logo, to brand and concept its new F&B Outlet/Greatroom. The idea is a play on words with the hotel's address, specifically 1750:
