My experience with the designer was extremely disappointing. Despite a promised 5-day turnaround, the designer consistently missed deadlines and was often unresponsive, with some replies taking up to 14 days. After numerous reminders and ongoing delays, I had no choice but to hire a new designer.

The designer requested $100 for the time he spent on drafts and agreed to refund $249 of the $349 total. However, we never received any files, and the project remained incomplete. The support team, although aware of the delays and issues, did not take any action to address these problems in the customer's interest. Instead, they only offered the option to end the job if we accepted this partial payment arrangement. As a result, we paid $100 for no deliverables, lost valuable time, and had to restart with a new designer.

This experience was a stark contrast to our previous excellent results with UniqueHub. What should have been a straightforward project ended up being a significant frustration.
