This design is for a card that will be printed out and given to doctors. The purpose of the card is to remind them to take special care to address the risks associated with older patients (this could be your mom or dad or grandparent).
The design should be simple and memorable yet should have a clean, aesthetically pleasing look that will help the people seeing it want to stare at it for a moment and really think about it.
The design must fit on a 3 inch by 5 inch card.
The card is supposed to be a fun, flashy way for the doctors to remember a mnemonic (a series of letters that trigger a lot of other concepts). The mnemonic in this case is DASH.
The card should have the letters D A S H arranged vertically. Each letter stands for something, as follows:
Heading for a fall
There should also be the following phrase on the card, sort of as a summary: "It's a problem. Put it in your note".
You may want to put the word DASH in a larger size somewhere on the card as well.
The card should have a shape of someone running, to communicate the concept of dash (as in 50 yard dash).
The overall card should give the impression of DASH and the runner, with the energy of motion emphasized.
The mnemonic should be clear and easy to read/remember.
The overall look of the card should be professional and clear. It will be printed on standard card stock so please keep that in mind.
Can't wait to see what you come up with.
