ARRC is a Technology company that provides technology services to small to medium businesses in the Bakersfield, CA area. We take care of their ENTIRE network (including their hardware) so they can have the peace of mind that everything is working, backed up, and in production at all time. We have been in business for 18 years and we are the biggest IT company in the city. We are trying to showcase (in this new proposal) all of the services (value adds) that WE DO that our competition does not. We need a really creative way to do that. Right now in the current proposal we do it through a long list of services but nothing really stands out. When we present it, we make sure it stands out but most of the time, the person we present to has to give that proposal to another person or they show others. So we want that message to stand out even if the person has not heard us present. We are a "Think Outside the Box" company and are not uncomfortable with taking risks. We want to obviously keep it clean but we want a proposal unlike any proposal our prospects have ever seen. And we want it to stand out from all others.

Small to Medium sized businesses. This will usually be from 5-200 employees at a company.
The wording needs to stay (pretty much) the same. We just want a way (either with design or some other form of creativity) to make it stand out and really focus on the key items that we are doing that no one else (our competition is doing). So the amount of data needs to stay the same but can be adjusted. We are open to ideas and want to be different. It cannot be offensive though. We don't want to scare our prospects so it still needs to be very professional.
The items that really make us stand out is the amount of time we have been in business. Our size (over 50 employees). Our depth of expertise in all hardware and software applications, local company. Our awards. The services that we do that our competition does not is on page 8 and those "extra value services" are Parts and Labor Hardware included on existing machines, Rental Equipment, Quarterly Business Reviews (needs to be added), and Technology Road map (needs to be added).
