We need a very information driven initial trifold piece that introduces Global Green Property Solutions to the industry. We'd like it to have a back mailing capability if possible. No larger than 6x11 (folded) finished size.
The company has just received funding and is taking their business to the next level. Their current website is http://www.ggps.org.
However, we will relaunch this site eventually to incorporate the new branding and direction. new domain is http://www.GoingGlobalGreen.com.

Content is attached and we understand that there is more there than we'll be able to fit in the piece so interested in designer's interpretation on consolidating and prioritizing most important information. Subheadline ideas are not firm and designer can feel free to massage as needed. Tagline is firm.
We need the piece to speak to large property management companies, lawyers, remediation firms, instituional investors/portfolio managers etc. Executive level/decision makers is target audience. Conservative and by the book but imagery should give very professional, yet warm/supportive feel and have a blend of stock imagery and possibly some illustration. [see Trio brochure for similar audience/visual approach.]
Even though they are a Green/Environmental company, the piece should rely less on classic imagery surrounding the concept of recycling and speak directly to the executive level that plan to mitigate his/her risk prior to EPA violations, or in some cases AFTER they've gotten into trouble with the EPA and then need to put an environmental plan in place.
