Internal company intranet page to display management heirarchy for career development.

We are seeking to design a single page for our intranet that displays our career development path in a heirarchy tree style chart. Requirements: 1) The deliverable is a PSD file with all the required layers 2a) The design must be professional and fit with our current intranet design (see attachment for styles). 2b) We want the design to look professional and NOT seem like a Microsoft Word or Powerpoint heirarchy tree. 3) The design must take into account being used in a responsive browser so please show how it will condense when the browser is made smaller. 4) You may add additional colours, shadings etc as long as it fits within the general style of the site.
