Need a Graphic Header for Website

Basically, the majority of the work is already done for you. I have provided the vector files for the logo that is to appear on the graphic.

-There are two icons that you can view http://99designs.com/contests/16505/entries/72, one with flowers and one with a gift box. Please use both icons to present your design. In the file, you will find 'gifts and favors for all event' as part of the logo. Please explore with leaving it the way it is or changing the phrase to another location, like the center of the graphic, etc.
-Logo must be on left of graphic
-The following information must be presented on graphic with out looking too croweded.
