Customers get a sweepstakes to play on the sweepstakes machine when they purchase a phone card. Sweepstakes are a promotion for selling phone time. You cannot put cash or get cash from the sweepstakes machine. Only the storeowner handles all the money from behind the counter. So please no money coming out of the machine.
The entire image is for a full color small postcard with one image 2.5 inches wide by 4 inches tall. The image conveys a story using an upper 2 inch & lower part using simple cartoons.

It has to show storeowners they can make money with phone card sweepstakes machines.
1) Upper Part: Shows an image of 3 people from their waist up. One person playing the sweepstakes machine, one person in line, another at the nearby counter getting a phone card to play. The storeowner is making money by people wanting to play.:
a. A man standing and playing the sweepstakes game machine (the young guy that looks similar to Shaggy on Scooby Do. See attached photo.
b. A young attractive blonde hair women in line behind him waiting to play the machine. She’ll have a sleeveless shirt and necklace.
c. A third women at the counter purchasing her phone card from the store-owner. She is looking at the sweepstakes game as the storeowner hands the phone card to her. Customers get a sweepstakes to play on the sweepstakes machine when they purchase a phone card. This women looks similar to the Family Guy wife. See attached photo.
d. The storeowner from behind the counter has dollars in his eyes with a big smile. It would be ideal for him to have a slightly Indian or Muslim ethnic look.
2) Lower Part: Shows the happy storeowner pushing a wheel barrel piled with money to the bank.
