Users can sign up / log in with either email and password, or facebook. You can create the sign in version only, with the opportunity to click "Don't have an account? Create one"
After having logged in, the next page displays their insurance information, and the option to navigate between four other pages is always available. Two of the other pages are FAQ and chat which is part of this design task (then there is one for profile which is not part of this brief, as well as possibly hospital search or claims form).
Existing customers display their Insurance info:
The user should be able to see their ID card, and toggle to other ID cards of dependants (this means for example their spouse has a policy under their account. They have the same payment dates. You only need to design for the primary policy holder, but with the option to toggle between the other ID cards).
The ID card should also be possible to flip, to read the backside (no need to design the backside, just the option to flip it)
In addition they should be able to see the dates of the insurance. Most of our customers are signed up without an end date (like a subscription).
Notification system: We also want to integrate a notification system which is visible on this page. The notification indicator should be visible whether you have new notifications or not. Show what it looks when you have a notification, as well as when the notifications are expanded. When the notifications are expanded, the new ones that haven't been seen before are indicated by for example an icon or a different color, with the opportunity to click "See all notifications".
Customer service chat: logged in users have access to a customer service chat. This should be pretty simple, the whole previous dialogue can be displayed by scrolling up, while the newest/lowest part of the conversation is displayed when you enter the page. The customer service representative from SafetyWing will have their name and a little photo representing them, and at different times different representatives will respond . Design the chat in a way where the dialogue has enough back and forth to fill the screen (so that the scroll is functioning).
Searchable FAQ: We already have this on our website https://safetywing.com/nomad-insura…urance-faq, and it is responsive. List the questions with an opportunity to scroll, the questions should be expandable (in the design show with one question expanded), and the opportunity to search.
