More back history of My Son, Joy; It’s a play on our names, Neale’s father calls him my son and my names means Joyful so cut it short to joy. Also wanted a short sharp, easy to spell, memorable name.
A broad target audience, age wise.
Locals are very important.
As is making people want to travel to us for our food, service and overall feel.
A part of our concept is to help others eat better for their body and wellbeing without knowing. Flavour, ingredients, service and surroundings also part of the key.
