The name 'TestGroove' is supposed to express both to industrial and the fun part of the business. Testing is actually a destructive process (trying to break the software). What you described (pieces coming together, constructive process) would correspond the development. Developers are very good in constructing things, but they need a tester to challenge their work (trying to break it).
