Roux Carré is a food hall/incubator for local chefs in New Orleans. We take emerging chefs, give them business training and a pod to operate out of at a discounted rental rate until they are ready to open their own restaurant. We also have a stage where we have live music and art shows, fashion shows, etc. We have been playing around the slogan of "Street Eats & Boulevard Beats" (if you come up with a better one, please share it).
Roux Carre itself is very local, and very community focused, the construction company, architect, landscaping, etc. were all done by New Orleans-based companies. So it IS VERY IMPORTANT that the logo has that same LOCAL AND COMMUNITY focus and/or feel. We are targeting people ages 25-40, making $35,000+, they like art, music, local food, and unique stories and experiences.
