O (The full name of The Omniest Movement is too long - just use the letter “O”)

The Omniest Movement is a spiritual lifestyle service. We teach others how to live in harmony with nature and how to control one's own thoughts.

I am looking for a design very similar to the picture attached but you are free to expand on this design. I would like the logo to capture the "O" from Omniest in the same manner as the attached logo (i.e. the shape of the "O" in the dynamic display of a ribbon in motion). The female figure needs to be that of a beautiful Asian female (our organisation has a Chinese goddess as an inspiration). The image needs to be family-friendly so the posture of the figure needs to be cover explicit regions and not be suggestive. A suggestion could be for the figure to have long flowing hair that covers those regions. The female figure doesn't have to be in the exact same position as in the attached picture. The figure should however be horizontal with an outstretched arm.
The slogan of "life, death, love, fear" will be on the border as in the attached picture. The coordinates for the slogan words are as follows; "Life" at 00:00; "Fear" at 03:00; "Death" at 06:00; "Love" at 09:00. The rectangular border should be thing as the centre of the logo should take all the attention. The border may also have ornamentation.
