Our company is looking for a logo design for our new site and non-profit company called RightTrack. This site is aimed at providing financial education to individuals and organizations. Our emphases are teaching people every thing about Credit and Money Management, Prevention of Debt and Financial Literacy.
A One Stop Source for Financial Literacy
Desired Color Scheme:
blues, blacks and silvers
Web 2.0. Convery trustworthiness, steadiness and simplicity. Modern design.
Accepted File Formats:
PSD all layers and JPG
Our vision of the logo needs to represent the name of our company, RightTrack. This logo must include an art deco or modern looking train and train tracks under the train and or the title. Both train and the tracks are important, as the word Track is in the title. NO steam or old fashion trains please. While the companys name is RightTrack, the full title to be used is RightTrack Educational Services, with emphasis on RightTrack. "RightTrack" is to be one word and not all upercase. The tag line is A One Stop Source for Financial Literacy but is not mandatory in the logo. We are looking for a perspective drawing of the train and not a flat 2d image, unless its really creative and fits the design. No requirements for fonts at this point except Web 2.0 style fonts.
The President of the company has expressed interest in having the word RightTrack actually be part of the train, written in the train. However, use your best judgment, as this logo will need to be able to scale down (Vector Format) for stationary purposes. As long as the logo is vector based, we do not need specific stationary designs. I would prefer to see not just designs with the words in the train, because we are not sure how it will look and need to see logos without the words in the train.
The logo needs to convey trustworthiness, steadiness and simple with a modern style. We would like to see blues, blacks, silvers and possibly oranges, but mostly we are open to colors. This logo will be on a white background of a website and stationary. The website will be a simple design with a good amount of white space and in Web 2.0 style.
As the contest progresses, we will be narrowing down our ideas and what we are looking for. We do not want to impede the creative process too much in the beginning as we do not know yet fully what we want.
