We are an online real estate brokerage firm that markets real estate in Guatemala, central america.
That is why the brand name is Guate in PropiedadesGuate.com. Guate is short for Guatemala. We need a formal but nice logo for our website.

Requisitos
- Logo must be more horizontal than vertical since it is for a header website
- Logo may go in 2 diferent lines at most.
- May be separated Propiedades in 1 line and Guate.com in another line.
- Logo must be formal and serious
- Preferably colors including blue, light blue, dark red, white and black
- Please look at PropiedadesGuate.com for colors used and area where logo will go. (replacing the one actually there)
I need the final photoshop and jpg image formats.
Please do not use any stock images or clip art in the logo
