il mio ristorante è un osteria dove inizialmente proporrò ai miei clienti hamburger artigianali, pizza a lievitazione naturale, birre artigianali, vino di qualità. il nome LOSTEBA deriva dall'incrocio tra il mio soprannome STEBA e il tipo di locale OSTERIA: LOSTEBA.
