I'm a start up residential developer who specializies in new construction and some remodeling for 1 to 4 family dwellings.

Most of my work is focused within the city of Boston and surrounding neighborhoods.
The purpose of the logo is for letterhead, business cards and most importantly to create a sign to put in front of my projects during construction
Requisitos
I also own a mortgage company in the city called Hub Mortgage and my logo is attached. I would like to stay away from anything similiar to that, i'm not opposed to having a house or buildings in the design but i wanted to stay away from the city of boston skyline.
