Apartments of Waverley provide short and long term executive accommodation primarily targeting corporate customers located in the area who are relocating or have travelling staff. However, leisure travelers are also attracted to our service often when visiting relatives in the area, weddings, sporting events and the like.

With this being said, the new logo will need to appease to varying tastes. Corporate clients being the bread and butter of the business, but also can't alienate non-corporate customers.

We require to have the logo built in Adobe Illustrator .eps or .ai format. We also require to have the logo both in color and black and white.

The client has asked for Verdana to be used as a font. But in saying that if a designer feels another font will do better please provide multiple designs, one with Verdana and others using other fonts.

The new logo will need to appease to varying tastes. Corporate clients being the bread and butter of the business, but also can't alienate non-corporate customers.

The logo needs to be:

Modern
Conversational and friendly
Simple (clean, easy, not complex or confusing)
Credible (trustworthy)
Human (real people are behind the content)

The client has chosen a number of color palettes that they like. Designers can choose which palettes they like as a way to represent this business.
