Target audience is managers in organizations, typically large corporations, like Apple, Cisco, Disney, Raytheon, Johnson & Johnson, Nike, etc.
These are people typically in their 30s and 40s, who have responsibility for guiding/managing teams of people, and who report to corporate executives. The logo should "fit in" so to speak with a corporate crowd in terms of an air of professionalism, and not being overly complex, but there is still lots of room for creativity/use of colors, symbols, etc.
This logo will replace the current "Ullmen Associates International" logo that's currently on the MotivationRules.com website.
I'll want to use the logo for a variety of purposed in addition to its placement on the website, e.g., on slide presentations and hardcopy handouts.
