We are an Architectural and Building Company. We specialise in a complete design and construction service that sources every single aspect of the building process for our clients. We provide the design through our architects, and all the necessary consultants, engineers and specialist building professionals. We obtain all government and statutory permits and approvals and construct the final product. We are a turn key service provider where the client does not need to lift a finger except pay the bills ;-)
We are based in Sydney Australia but currently have projects in Indonesia, Vietnam and the Middle East.
We need to get a very serious, professional and strong personality accross to our diverse client base which includes homeowners, multinational corporations and several high ranking government departments.

We have expanded rapidly and have the respect and loyalty of several hundred clients in Australia and internationally. The new logo needs to respect these existing clients but also needs to appeal to our growing international client base which includes governments and multi-national organisations. Therefore a sense of security, stability, knowledge and strength needs to be protrayed in the new logo.
Our service is highly specialised, unique and difficult to replicate so the logo needs to express a sense of power.
Firstly, we DO NOT want a building of any sort in the logo. This is not negotiable and entries will be eliminated. The reason for this is that we not only design buildings but also golf courses, roads, bridges, hospitals etc etc. We also provide specialist consulting services for civil infrastructure and supply chain and logistics expertise.
We are happy for just the word "Resolut" to be in the logo or all 3 words "Resolut Building Solutions" is also acceptable. Please keep in mind that "Resolut" is the key word.
We have no preference for colour but keep in mind our client base and the colours need to reflect the professionalism of our company.
A logo is not mandatory and if you believe you can achieve the brief with just the words, we will also consider this.
The best advice we can give you is to KEEP IT SIMPLE.
