Foxrock Golf Club is a long established, welcoming golf club that provides a challenging golf course suitable for all handicaps and is conveniently located in a secluded private setting.
The club, which was founded in 1893, is looking for a new and modern identity starting with a new logo and accompanying font. The new logo/font will also be used across the club website, paper stationery, score cards and clothing (stitched logos/club name) and will ultimately provide the basis for a redesign of the current website.
The logo should convey a golf club without the necessity for additional words. If you see the logo without words, you should know you are dealing with a golf club. That said we also need the words Foxrock Golf Club to appear in conjunction with the logo.
The use of golf clubs or flags is acceptable but not required.
The logo can incorporate a fox – full colour or outline but please bear in mind that the logo will need to be put on clothing so if using a fox please make sure it’s clear/crisp.
The new logo can contain complementary colours or incorporate any or all of the current corporate colours of:
Wine (R170, G66, B105), Green (R0, G128, B128) and Tan (R238, G204, B153).
The club website (http://www.foxrockgolfclub.com) shows the current logo and there are some images of the club house and the course available on the home page. This should give an idea of the club.
Any proposed font should be readily available on the majority of computers – no way out fonts will be considered.
Foxrock Golf Club is looking for a new clean, crisp and modern logo/brand identity that shows the club in the 21st century whilst retaining the historic nature of the club.
