I am a 36 y.o. physical therapist in the Portland OR area. I have been practicing PT for 7 years, however one year ago, I suffered a debilitating low back injury that crippled my right leg. After hearing a grave diagnosis from the spine surgeon, I decided to treat myself with simple, effective, research-based exercises. After I made a full recovery, I accepted a contract at a physical therapy clinic of the top spinal surgeons in San Antonio TX. It was here that I began to question the recommendations of the allopathic medical model and the chiropractic profession. It was also here that I began to question the information taught to PT students across the country.

25-45 y.o.'s (in greater Portland OR area) who seek an alternative to chiropractic and orthopedic medicine recommendations. My evidence-based practice will emphasize the treatment and prevention of low back, neck, shoulder, and knee pain. Patients will be shown the benefits of exercises that are backed by randomized controlled trials.
I want a catchy, contemporary logo that emphasizes "Evidence Health" along with "Therapy and Prevention" in a smaller font. Because my practice will be emphasizing low back and neck pain, I would like to have the spine or vertebra subtly incorporated into the logo.
