The Hindmarsh Law Firm, P.A.
My name is Hadley M Hindmarsh (I'm a woman by the way).
Family Law (divorce, custody, visitation, representing children in court, school / special education consultation) is what I do.
My logo should say 3 things about me: approachable, honest, and tough.
Because I represent children, my logo needs a bit of whimsy through design or perhaps color.
The logo must contain some element incorporating my "HH" initials.
Colors: No pink, no purple, no orange, no green, no yellow.
Yes to blues, taupes/grays, black, red.
No lawyer-type clipart please.
In this order:
(1) Men & Women ages 20 - 60 who are divorcing, previously divorced, or otherwise dealing with family law issues.
Most of the time, I am dealing with my client's incredibly personal issues: children, money, affairs, etc. Therefore, my image has to be one the projects the confidential and non-judgmental nature of this business.
(2) Other Attorneys and Judges - my peers and the local judges choose me for appointments as the children's attorney based on my professional and thorough work. They need to see me as ethical, competent, thorough, and honest.
(3) Children - my clients in court. I am appointed by the court to represent their best interests when custody and visitation issues are in dispute. Children need to know I am safe, on their side, and helping their moms, dads, grandparents, etc. find a solution that provides stability & love for them.
The logo must incorporate on some level the "HH" of my Hadley Hindmarsh name.
I need the logo to look as good in black and white as it does in color -- lots of faxing still in the legal world.
The logo needs to work for websites, business cards, and letterhead.
The logo should NOT contain basic "legal field" clip art like gavels, scales of justice, etc.
I'm a woman...so my logo needs to reflect that but keep in mind its still a predominantly male field...so nothing too girly.
