Can you design a GOVERNMENT LOOKING logo?

GetGovWork.com is a job site devoted to Federal and State government positions. I need a fresh, professional, and timeless logo that looks good in web based advertising (think something along the lines of the logos / images Obama and McCain used during their campaigns).

I am looking for a professional, timeless logo with a semi-government look.  It should be 2-dimensional, and have an icon in addition to stylized text.  The design should allow for a to-be-determined tagline to be easily inserted.

I would be happy with a design similar to something used during the presidential campaigns at http://www.barackobama.com or http://www.johnmccain.com

- Professional, semi-government look (think Obama and McCain’s campaign sites)
- Blue, red, white and/or other professional colors (nothing loud or childish)
- GetGovWork.com should be the focal point of the logo
- Flags and/or stars are preferable for the iconic embellishment
- The first letter of Get, Gov, and Work should be differentiated fromthe other letters (either capitalized, different color, etc.)
- PNG, PSD, JPG Files
