a little about our customer base: our general customers are ages 45 to 60, married (80%), with the wife having the final decision-making ability (70% of the time). Our financial demographic is generally middle-class, the upper-middle-class, with some applications and extremely high-end homes.
We generally will meet the customers directly in person at their home to talk about the product. We also have a commercial outreach towards businesses that would enjoy natural light.
The bottom line is that we are selling living, natural light and that this is a feeling that is not being conveyed in our current logo. Good luck!
