All our food is simple, healthy (mostly bio, small amount of fat/sugar, no palm oils), homemade and "fast". We roll our piadina dough right before your eyes, bake it on a hot grill in two minutes, fill it with tasty original italian ham, mozzarella, rucola, ... and serve it directly to be consumed in our shop or to take ... We also make some simple, fresh green salads, chocolate, hazelnut and lemon cake, amaretti and other well known italian style sweets and ...
