Cool New Podcast - Needs Logo $350

I need a logo for a new podcast i'm putting together. This will be a professional podcast / talk show about home business. I'd like something cool and yet still professional, nothing too cheesy.

This is a new podcast we are going to launch soon. The topic is MLM which is a type of home business.  This is a talk show.

I'm thinking the logo could be something like an image and text. Perhaps something like a microphone to symbolize that it's a talk show/podcast? However if you have some other ideas please feel free to try them out!

- Must contain the words: LetsTalkMLM.com
- This is a podcast/talk show about Multi-Level Marketing, Home Business, Internet Marketing etc.
- Should contain some images to show the fact that this is a podcast... like maybe a microphone or something?
- I do like web2.0 style logos
- Should be on a plain background so I can use it in various formats or on various backgrounds.
- I'd like a high-res version (300 dpi) and a low res (72 dpi)
- I want to make this site popular and i want a high quality logo, ya know?

- I don't want something too cheap or cheesy.
- Don't overdo it :)  Make it professional looking.
- I don't want a fancy background because I will probably use this logo on different backgrounds
