-The STEAMED bagel concept will be a huge selling point to customers. It is a very different experience/taste. The concept of steaming might be something to include in the logo design. I've attached a few pictures of the steamed bagel sandwich for your reference. Think gooey, and DELICIOUS.
-In addition to being a delicious restaurant, I hope the company will do good and make a positive social impact in every community it operates. For instance, I hope to hire folks who have been affected by poverty, the justice system and other challenging life circumstances. The idea of being a "community focused" company is also something that could be incorporated somehow...
-Once I gain some traction, I would love for people to "work" in my space in addition to enjoying food/coffee. For example, bringing their computer to the space, ordering a bagel or bagel sandwich and coffee, and stay for a couple of hours to work on some emails. Think of it as a mix between a restaurant and coffee shop....
-I'm looking for a distinct and recognizable logo that people could recognize from near and far away. For instance, the G of Google, bit Apple for Apple, the T of T-Mobile, etc. Simpler the better, in my opinion, but open to new ideas based on your creative genes!
-I want the shop to have a balance between "playful" and "clean". For instance, I'll be advertising the sandwiches as a messy gooey-goodness of a sandwich, but when people visit the shop it is comfortable to spend time. I even joked about the idea of having bibs available for guests because the sandwiches can be kind of messy.
