Chilworth Technology is part of an international group of companies who require a single branding solution suitable for marketing use from their offices in the UK, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, the USA and India. They have aggressively expanded to become a leading global provider of process safety consultancy and material testing services to industry, primarily concerned with the hazards and risk of fires and explosions from material processing in the workplace.

Established in 1986 the company has grown considerably in the last 5 years and now operates 9 companies from 11 sites in 7 countries around the world. Each member of the Chilworth Group has been developed to provide services similar to other members but tailored to the national needs, local expertise and legislation of their region.

We would like to revisit BRANDING on a global basis (name, logo, strap line, and design scheme that convey the essence of Chilworth Group) with the objectives of bringing better brand uniformity across the group, providing assurance and appeal to medium sized local clients as well as increasing our appeal to trans-national corporations, conveying the concept of ‘a global company providing a high quality service through local representation’ and improving ‘bonding’ between Group companies.
Core industry sectors, chemical, fine chemical and pharmaceuticals although also involved in energy, food, dyes and solvents.
We like our current colour scheme of black, grey (PMS Cool Grey 7 [47% black]) and burgundy (PMS 1945 [91%M, 56%Y, 34%K]). See http://www.chilworth.co.uk for existing design.
The design needs to work on stationery, website, printed literature, through to building livery.
Final artwork should be provided in a vector format (Corel Draw preferred although Adobe illustrator or Photoshop accepted).
