Angle of Attack

Angle of Attack is an online community that teaches flight simmers how to fly, using video training. We have product, but we are shifting our focus as a brand to recognize deeper emotions in our fans. Our mission is to spread a wealth of knowledge through aviation.

Basically, without increased positive Angle of Attack, flight wouldn't be possible.

Flight simulation is a small niche of the gaming market. Basically, people from around the world use Microsoft Flight Simulator and other flight sims, then 'add on' realistic aircraft that are professionally developed.

We simply share our knowledge from real world aviation with a crowd that loves to sit down in front of a computer for hours and get lost in this virtual world.

Loves aviation in some way (You don't have to be a fanatic)

Keep to the general color scheme of our website.

I want a MARK/SYMBOL, not a logo. Something recognizable like the Nike swoosh. (that's a tall order) I don't mean that I want a swoosh. What I mean is that when someone sees the Nike swoosh, they know exactly what it is.

MARK/Symbol and Text (both need to look great together)

In other words, the typography is nearly as important as the mark (you can design them in 2 separate parts, as long as they would look great together)

The simpler the better.

The more diverse the design can be through different sources of media, the better. (TV, print, web)
I'm a fan of Sans Serif, but we can try anything.
